The hotel has a convenient location that's just a short walk to many local attractions, making it easy for sightseeing.
The room I was assigned did not match the description I booked, lacking the advertised balcony and light.

Perfect location and very quiet despite the central area.
Our experience was marred by the lack of basic services. We arrived in heavy rain and had to drag our luggage 500 meters because cabs couldn’t reach the hotel. the airport pickup service was a complete disaster. we waited an unreasonably long time only to find it wasn't personal service as promised. Instead, we were left stranded in poor weather without appropriate assistance from the hotel staff.

The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff consistently displayed outstanding friendliness and attentiveness, which enhanced our experience immensely. the hotel's location offered easy access to vibrant local cafes and bars, providing a more authentic atmosphere away from tourist traps. the luggage storage was a bit disorganized, and while there are dining options nearby, the hotel could benefit from improved amenities on-site. some noise from the street was noticeable, though it didn't disturb our overall comfort.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05spacious roomattentive servicegreat locationpoor pillowsairport shuttle
The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet street yet so close to the hustle of the city. A quick five-minute walk takes you to Galata Tower, and Istiklal Street is just a few corners away. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed with modern decor. Internet connection was fast, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. The team was exceedingly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to make sure my needs were met. A delightful touch was the large selection of nearby cafes for breakfast, making mornings easy. the pillows were subpar, lacking comfort but could be replaced upon request. the air conditioning was less effective, forcing me to open windows for fresh air at times. The airport shuttle service was disappointing. they managed multiple riders and left me waiting longer than expected. Two nights at a price of 205€, while decent, seemed a bit steep given these minor inconveniences. Still, overall, I would choose this hotel for its charm and value.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I had a lovely stay with fantastic amenities, like the cozy lounge to unwind and the lovely garden area to relax in. The only hiccup was that the sofa bed for the kids was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't ruin our overall enjoyment. 😊

The location was perfect for exploring. it was just a short walk to the Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere despite being centrally located close to local shops and cafes. The minimalistic design and well-priced rooms made it an excellent choice for budget travelers.
While the essentials were covered, the hotel could benefit from better amenities in terms of dining options on-site.
